Do you have a catalog I can get mailed out to me?

Due to our constantly growing number of fragrances and sales, a printed catalog is not available at this time. We keep our website current so you may simply print out information from each page on our site.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

The prices on our website reflect wholesale pricing. We are able to offer these low prices to everyone.

Do I have to have a tax ID# to order?

No. Anyone can place an order without a tax ID#. You need to furnish us with your resale certificate only if you are located in Massachusetts and don't want to pay tax on your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote on all international orders.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed. Depending on which carrier service you selected would determine when you receive your order.

What are the different ways I can order?

Our secure shopping cart will allow you to choose different payment methods. We accept Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, money orders and checks

Are all your items in stock?

We rarely experience being out of stock on an item, but occasionally we are. We get shipments in every week, if we know that item will not be in the next shipment, we will contact you. Also, we may ship partial shipments and then ship the out of stock item seperately.

Do you take returns?

We can not accept returns on any fragance oils. We sell smaller sizes of our scents, so you can try a small amount to be sure you will be satisfied with your purchase.

If there is a problem with any of our other products, please contact us within seven days of receiving and we will be happy to work out a resolution with you.
